My family and I had a really frustrating time at this hotel. While the layout of the rooms was good and could fit us all comfortably, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The service was a real headache, especially with the mix-up about gift cards and unacceptable wait times. The location is not bad, but it certainly didn't add to the experience. Given the price we paid, I expected a lot better overall.
